मोदी सरकार का दिवाली गिफ्ट, नियमित होंगी दिल्ली की अवैध कॉलोनियां
- केंद्र सरकार के इस फैसले से दिल्ली के 40 लाख लोगों को राहत मिलेगी

दिल्ली में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले मोदी सरकार ने बड़ा ऐलान किया है. मोदी सरकार ने बुधवार को दिल्ली में अवैध कॉलोनियों को नियमित करने का फैसला किया. केंद्रीय कैबिनेट की बैठक में इस प्रस्ताव पर मुहर लगाई गई. इसका ऐलान केंद्रीय मंत्री प्रकाश जावडेकर ने किया.

इससे पहले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने दावा किया कि कॉलोनियों को वैध करने के लिए केंद्र और दिल्ली सरकार एक साथ काम करेंगे और कॉलिनियों के निवासियों को उनका हक मिलेगा. अरविंद केजरीवाल ने कहा कि कॉलोनियों को नियमित करने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार ने ब्लू प्रिंट भी तैयार कर लिया है. 1797 कॉलोनियों को तीन श्रेणियों में विभाजित किया गया है, ये कॉलोनियां सरकारी जमीन पर बनी हैं.
हाल ही में केजरीवाल सरकार ने दिल्ली के करीब 1797 अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को वैध करने का फैसला किया था. इन कॉलोनियों में करीब 40 लाख लोग रहते हैं.
दिल्ली में 2 फेज में कॉलोनियों को नियमित करने का काम किया जा रहा है. पहले फेज में 1797 कॉलोनियां हैं. इसके बाद भी अगर कॉलोनिया बच गई हैं तो केंद्र ने लिखा है कि 1 जनवरी 2015 तक 1797 के अलावा कोई कॉलोनी बच गई है तो उसकी भी लिस्ट बनाई जाए. दिल्ली में अवैध कॉलोनियां का मुद्दा पहले भी उठता रहा है. चुनाव के दौरान इन कॉलोनियों के मुद्दे खूब उठते रहे हैं. दिल्ली सरकार ने 2 नवंबर, 2015 को अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों को नियमित करने के प्रस्ताव को केंद्र सरकार के पास मंजूरी के लिए भेजा था.
