दिल्ली में पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल पर क्रेडिट वॉर, केजरीवाल का तंज- मोदी सरकार को पूरा श्रेय

देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में प्रदूषण कम करने को लेकर राज्य और केंद्र सरकार में श्रेय लेने की लड़ाई जारी है. इस बीच दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बीजेपी और केंद्र सरकार पर तंज कसा है. उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण कम हुआ, ये सभी की मेहनत से हुआ. सारा श्रेय बीजेपी और केंद्र सरकार को जाता है.

मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल ने कहा, दिल्ली में सस्ती बिजली और मोहल्ला क्लीनिक का भी श्रेय बीजेपी और केंद्र सरकार को जाता है. अब आगे वो हरियाणा और पंजाब से पराली का धुआं भी रुकवा दें.

बता दें कि 2017 में दिल्ली का वायु प्रदूषण सबसे खराब स्तर पर पहुंचने के बाद सियासी गलियारों में पराली जलाने पर प्रतिबंध लगाने की मांग उठने लगी थी. इस बीच दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने पंजाब और हरियाणा से इसे रोकने की अपील की थी लेकिन उनकी अपील का असर कुछ नहीं हुआ और दिल्ली में प्रदूषण का स्तर बढ़ गया.

मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल अक्सर कहते रहे हैं कि पराली जलाने पर रोक के लिए केंद्र सरकार आगे आए. जब तक ऐसा नहीं होता दिल्ली में प्रदूषण का स्तर कम नहीं होगा. दिल्ली में दिवाली बाद बढ़े प्रदूषण पर रोक लगाने के लिए ही केजरीवाल सरकार ने इस बार नवंबर में ऑड-इवन योजना का ऐलान किया है.

जावड़ेकर ने लिया श्रेय

केंद्रीय पर्यावरण मंत्री प्रकाश जावड़ेकर ने सोमवार को केंद्र की ओर से उठाए गए कई ऐसे कार्यक्रम गिनाए, जिस कारण दिल्ली-एनसीआर क्षेत्र में हवा की स्थिति में काफी हद तक सुधार हुआ है. वहीं, दूसरी तरफ दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल भी दिल्ली में बेहतर वायु गुणवत्ता का श्रेय लेते हुए बड़े-बड़े विज्ञापन करवा रहे हैं.

क्षेत्र में इस साल 30 सितंबर तक कुल 270 दिनों में 165 दिन 'अच्छी हवा' रही. मुंबई की आरे कालोनी में मेट्रो यार्ड बनाने के लिए लगभग 400 पेड़ काटे जाने के बाबत जावड़ेकर ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सोमवार को अपना निर्णय सुना दिया है, इसलिए वह इस पर और चर्चा नहीं करेंगे.

जावड़ेकर ने कहा कि वनीकरण की नीति का मतलब प्रत्येक पेड़ की कटाई पर पांच नए पौधे बोना है. उन्होंने कहा कि योजना का लाभ मिल रहा है और इसी कारण भारत का हरित क्षेत्र बढ़कर 15,000 वर्ग किलोमीटर तक हो गया है.
